Think of something you’ve always wanted to do or say or be. Stop and really think about it, maybe it’s more then one thing. Maybe it’s a career you never pursued, maybe it’s “the one that got away” or a place you’ve always wanted to see.
Now think about just one of those “somethings” you’ve wanted to chase. Don’t reason why you can or can’t pursue it. Just think about it and let it take over your mind. Lose your common sense and set backs and just let it take over. Feel it.
Happiness is the ebb and flow of letting go and holding on. If we aren’t happy then what’s the point? Find what makes you happy and do it, chase it, of BE it! The only thing holding you back …is you.
